Chances are, the adhesive holding the stud to the bottom of the insert has let loose, removal of the insert & a bit of JB Weld should fix you right up, just don't over tighten during re-assembly.
Or, as stated earlier, you could be one nut short of complete insert restraint...

Yep, though some of those bolts are hard to see. And, as mentioned earlier, the washer squirters have to be removed too.
While you have the insert off, take apart the drain tubes under the insert & clean them out too, they're under the leading edge of the insert...
Just pull the hose off of the drain cup & clean it out with some warm water & a pipe cleaner or piece of wire.
They will get clogged up again in about two weeks, but it's easy to do after you see how they go together.
Also, give the hood under the insert a couple coats of wax.
