Mice taking over inside- HELP??

My garage is never going to be rodent-proof, there are plenty of ways for them to get in. I just try to keep anything desirable to a mouse, such as birdseed, in sealed containers, so there isn't a good reason for them to want be there.

Because just being warm and dry in the MN winter is certainly not enough on it's own...LOL

I don't know about warm (not a heated garage), but dry I suppose...maybe all the gear oil I seem to be routinely spilling on the floor will deter them.
