Here's an even cheaper (< 0.01 cent) and quicker option without any labor involved to having the ABS light disappear. Simply put a tiny piece of Black Electrical Tape over the ABS indicator light on the instrument panel. Problem solved.

VX is due for inspection & was sure it wouldn't pass with the ABS lite on.
Tried bending pin over & removing fuse. Lite still on. Pulled the dash cluster out & removed the ABS bulb. Only takes about 30 minutes & the only tool you need is a phillips screw driver.
If I get a chance this weekend, I'll try a re-do whilst taking pix.
BTW, there is only 1 fuse for ABS. The 20A one indicated on the cover is the one. The 40A shown on the cover is a fusable link, leave that in place.
BBTW, inspector dude doesn't like black 'lectric tape over idiot lights - couldn't go that route.

Put a smiley after you say that Bub.
AFAIK, the ABS light does not trigger a CEL in the ECU, so you should pass emissions/etc. I have passed here in Reno 3 times with my ABS light on. Recently, I ripped out all of my ABS junk from the hubs and pulled the fuse. I just need to get that light out as well.

Nah, but he sure focused in on the front right wheel bearings. FAILED.
Guess I'm getting dirty tonight to replace bearings (Kenny's write-up will be my friend - gotta remember to print it out before I go home).
Naaaa, replacing/repacking the wheel bearings is messy, but its an easy job if you have the right tools. I just did mine and it was simple.
