    Yep, that was this years dakar in South America (Chile/Argentina) and no that pic is not tilted. They showed it in the coverage...it was HUGE and STEEP and the cars hauled A double S down it. It was insane. Would I do it....you bet. If those big support trucks can do it a nimble little VX would have no problem!
