ISUZU OEM REMOTE PART NUMBER: BAB237131-013 - 2-90101-701-0

Here's some places to get a used OEM keyless key fob...many places sell a clone....I wanted an OEM... Tried to buy new from Isuzu dealership but no go, not available. So I didn't mind used.

If it has that part number, it works. They should come with programming instructions, if not, I still have mine and it's really easy.

Definitely order the metal brackets from Tim at SBC, they're great. I live close enough that I had him actually install them. I took pics of him doing it, those pics are in my gallery, may help you visualize what the brackets look like and where they go.
