    That looks a lot like the stuff they called "snog" in Spokane (Fairchild Airforce Base). It would make little spikes, perpindicular to everything. I was told it was caused by them seeding the clouds with something to disipate the fog, so their jets could fly. I remember my car all white and fuzzy, but the best part was my antenna would be about 1" diameter with little ice spikes.
    If you don't first THINK THINK, you could end up in deep DO DO!

    We got some hoarfrost for a little while…never saw it before.
    Saw some plants with the perpendicular frost spikes, but didn't get the pic, but got these.
