I do wanna be a "oneupsman" (it's a ninnyhammer thing - you wouldn't understand).
When we moved across the street, we were interrupted by a hurricane. It took us 3 days to shuffle everything 60 yards.
When in college, I moved every 3 months between TN & GA (I was a CO-OP). I had it down to an art form. All of my worldly posessions could fit in the trunk of my car ('cept the bike - that went in the back seat). It helped that I moved between the dorm & a furnished apartment.
I thought this was the post about moving and posted it here instead of crotchrockets thread about moving. oh well
Once when I was in college I was on the 3rd floor of the dorm and it was time for everyone to get out. The dorm manager came to my room and went into a panic. We had about 45 minutes to be cleared out and i was laying on top of my bed and hadn't even started packing. I told him don't sweat it I'd be moved out on time. I took my bedspread and sheets off the bed laid them in the floor emptied all my drawers in them, packed my after shave in my rolled up socks. Then I tied it all up in a great big bundle. I then backed my old chevy truck up below my window, went up-stairs and pushed everything out the window. It all landed in the back of my truck and I was moved out.
Speaking of moving, one time I was gonna suprise my folks at Christmas by coming home for a few days from the Marine Corps . I caught a military hop from California to Oklahoma, hitchiked from Ok. City 100 miles home. got to the front door and no one answered. They had moved 296 miles away. But that's another story.

I ordered the picture frame today. I should have it by 4 Dec.
I haven't posted the last bunch of pix yet but I've pilfered pix all the way through the "L" galleries (it took a while to get through 31 pages of Ldub pix).
I do like the comments made at the bottom of this link.

Plus, I would like to uh........er...........um.........say thank you to T4B for all of his work on this project. If I recall correctly, all he asked for was a voluntary site donation in case anyone forgot.
