was on previous page :p no worries i dont mind talking about em.
1.)rims are AR Thugs 18x9 6x5.5
2.)Tires are Grapplers 285/65/18
3.) Pfft i dont mind that way you can say wow nice price or point and laugh because paid too much. Price, well I got them from 4 wheel parts next to the house, was thier march sale. Got the online price I think outthe door was almost 2400. I forget exact price if you want to know will have to wait till I get home to look at invoice. But keep in mind that price is for 5 rims and tires... ya I didnt want to have a odd ball rim so I ponied up and bought 5. Course the sale was 25 % off so basically got the 5th wheel free. The tires were free shipping but probably could have gotten that anyways buying from store so not a deal. That price was for 5 tires and rims, wheel locks and to mount and balance tires. That doesnt include center caps as they cost me a extra 24 bucks because they have to spray teflon on them. I will have to get those this weekend.
Day pictures will be posted when I get home today.
As for the rest of you thanks I am super happy with them and the look even tho I scratched near the lug nut on one of the rims but oh well its only noticable to the user right??
Looks fantastic!! Can't wait to see them in person.
I looked at your pictures again and all I have to say is "that is some money well spent" Looks awsome!
Does this mean you might be going on the ON and OFF again VX LIFTED RUN????
Peace.

various images. Some are after work and thougth lighting wasnt too good so took a few more this morning..
EDIT:: AND HAHA finally got them big thanks Dub been trying to do that for awhile now :)
Ya Dub I know I need to be more warry of the side of my truck hitting the ground... Man I soo wish I could have stayed a week last year. However it is sad tho you got a few scratches on your truck, but it is nothing a little elbow greese cant get out right?? Speaking of you get all that squared away?
Looks great....Now get some tint.
ps. nice wiper blades.
Lookin' Great Dood...I've been lusting after those X-HD lower links since they first came out...:_drool:
Naaa, she still needs some "hammer time", bondo & paint...not gonna fix it till at least after Moab this year.:smilewink
Sure do like them BIG pics...way to go!
OH I dont get it whats wrong with whiper blades besides they needing replaced and arms needing to be painted.
Ya when I bought truck drivers side was never tinted.. Also spent enough money I have none for tint but that is one of the next items on my list is stip it all and tint it way I want it.
Dub those are not X-HD... They are just the HD ones. I bought Indy4X premium lift kit. Not sure what difference is exactly I know they both look a little different. Also I have two little low profile bump stops or what not which I am not really sure where they go yet as it didnt come with instructions really, and since its all new to me they whole off roading and knowing what is used for what but hey figuring it all out as I go :).
Please tell me you arent gonna wear the pants to go along with it... LOL, I can see it now you shuffling back and forth. STOP! HAMMER TIME...
looks SWEEEET
Where do I get a lift kit like that? I'm sick of sittin' stock...
No i was being serious. I just finally upgraded to the frameless blades and was commenting on yours as well.
I have always wanted to buy the stinkyfab links......
I also like the non-center cap look.
As far as tint. I HATE mine. It will be $250 to rip off and install new tint. Going dark all the way around.
Ultra Low profile bumpstops:

Mounting location, (under the upper control arm on the front of the VX), must jack up the VX on the lower control arm to relieve pressure to reach and remove the bumpstop, bolt will be easily acessible on top of upper control arm:

ok, so im getting ready to buy my tires and rims....so im basing my spacing and width off of yours, except im going with 16 inch rims, so if i tell them i need 16x9 6x5.5 and 31 inch tires i should be good????
sorry, the guys at the tire shops are freakin idiots and cant figure out what im looking for, so maybe if i bring them in some numbers they can figure it out.
does the 16x9 6x5.5 include offset???? that seems to be the hardest part to figure out.....
Also, unless I'm looking at this wrong, you should tighten the jamb nut (in red circle) down to the tube.
Pay no attention to the rest of the random doodling...I found out I could make a circle & just went a little nuts.:rolleyesg

indy4x premium lift kit. You can do it cheaper but figured I had money burning a whole so may as well go heavy duty parts on some other things if your gonna do it. But can do it waaay cheaper than I did it but you may have parts break down the road which I didnt want. I dont have exact link as they have already changed thier website. I guess after i bought all that I did they have enough to upgrade it lol... I will try and find link.
I dunno blades were with the truck when I bought em... I hadnt even noticed anyone elses or that they were different. But cool none the less then :p . Not sure the diff between frameless and frame as maybe just the look I am sure but I like em.
ya center cap up front looks awesome but the caps didnt come with rism I have to buy them seperate and will have them before Moab.
ya tint sucks that is why its going to have to wait..
..Sweet thanks littlebeast.
Pbkid I will get back to you on how I figure it out about to leave work...
Um I have no idea who jodhpur is. I am but 29 :( , but i shall google it when I get home. But if you are gonan bust-a-move dont forget to bring the cardboard to lay on teh ground and the boom box.
Yup you are. Nut goes toward rear tire and that silver peivce is shiney part so its as tight as it can be. When I got it aligned dude tightened it but yes I am going over every part b4 moab make sure all nuts and bolts are tightened even tho the ones in my head are not.
lmfao ya gotta love the extra doodling. Hey look a chicken... :bwgy::bgwo::bgwb::laughing:
When ya think jodhpur, ya gotta think of the trou worn by the patrolmen in me, myself, & Irene.:smilewink
Also, I wouldn't get too excited about center caps before Moab...center caps are considered a light snack by most of the trailside rocks.:naughty:
Oh no i went last yr just not all week. If they get stratched they get scratched its all part of it. Cant be a sissy about it. It will suck but they can be repainted or will just have scratches. I am not going to go balls to the wall beating the piss outta them. But on teh flip side I am not going to pamper them and leave the truck in the Mc deez parking lot either

Course the top has the HD tie rods and such among other tid bits I added to my order. If the top one was available at the time would ahve gotten it.
Now with that the one I bougth did come with the 9000 xl's... that is just and old picture they have.
Ok now for you pbkid. I basically looked at what Bart had on his set up to see what would fit on mine. Which if I am not mistaken or maybe he can chim in or do search for his chamber rims. I think is was 6x4.4 maybe??? So I basically just used the search function and looked at who was running what and also looked at thier pictures to see how much it stuck out and got my solution from there. If you can get them to be nice enough to try a few different combos then that will work as well. I just got lucky on the first try but it was a try on first to see if it work, even tho I had already paid so I could have gone different ways. My numbers I am running are in the above post, so look in my gallery and that is how much they stick out of wheel well. I would say maybe 1.5 inches maybe a little more. I am going dub route because even tho legal to stick out in Texas its not legal everywhere.
Lasly because i think i just wrote a novel there. I would go else where to find someone that does know. There are sites out there that should tell you and let you play with options to see what fits.
ok, well i know that i want 16x9...and i know the bolt pattern, i just need to figure out what type of offset to tell the shop who is ordering them. they said it was +25 offset stock so i dont know if that means i need +27 or +23 to get 2 inches of offset outward to fit wider tires under there...
