Differential Drop instructions

These files are the instructions that I used when installing my diff drops. The other one that will be invaluable is the instructions for MechaTech CV Boot install.

In very general terms, the instructions are as follows:

1. remove crossmember & start draining differential (may have to probe drain hole to get all of the fluid out).
2. jack up front end & place stands under frame immediately behind front wheels. Remove front wheels.
3. follow directions for MechaTech CV boot install to the point where you slide the CVs out of the outer race (green cup). Do this on both sides.
4. Remove steering center link.
5. Place jack under differential & unbolt mounts from frame.
6. Lower differential to ground.
7. Unbolt brackets from axle tubes & slide axels out of tubes.
8. Remove snap ring, bearing, snap ring, oil seal (both sides).
9. Replace bracket with new & follow steps 1-8 backwards & use threadlock on bolts.

BTW, KUDOS to Starchild for the diff drop instructions (I just converted to pdf). Sorry, I can't remember who to give KUDOS to for the CV boot install instructions.
