New OPTION for cladding bolts / hardware

Ive been wanting to do a subtle mod to my VX for the last few months
and found a supplier of ours had some cool Spike style bolts available for
various applications, universal fit of course to a point.

I started replacing some of my oem cladding bolts in a few strategic places
around my VX. So far I think I have 12 black units replacing 12 of the originals
for now. I was going for a more authoritative / aggressive look obviously...
and think I accomplished my goal. They installed in just a few minutes using
the proper tools to remove the OE bolts with the inverted hex head etc.
these screwed in with just a little coaxing in the original plastic inserts.
I could eventually do ALL the cladding bolts around the truck, but so far Im
okay with this look. Maybe Ill change his name to "Hellraiser"

So I bought a qty order, box of 50 in black and same in Polished.
Ill prob start offering them for sale thru our website for anyone else
    interested in buying some.

not sure if anyone else has done something like it, I did a search and
didnt come up with much. Anyway, here some pics

That poor cladding needs a bath in shoe polish or something. Contrasts A LOT MORE with the black spikes on there. Needs more black.

    p.s.
Put a pair of 10" subs/amps in the back, and call it "Road Warrior Animal, from the Legion of Boom".

Your cladding needs Formula 303. What if you hit some poor pedestrian? Instant law suit, IMHO...

its not that bad actually in person, but yeah I need to do it soon..
Ive been using Wipe New or Black Magic stuff from Meguires..
my paints not so hot, so not sure if it matters lol
People crossing in crosswalks tend to walk FASTER when they
see the truck stopped in front of them. I just sit there and watch
the looks on their face as they pass by.

I suspect that you would be facing a lawsuit if you hit a pedestrian in any event.

I used the license plate security spikes since they aren't truly sharp (and they have a wrench to screw them in.)
