"Knock-off" implies fake.

A VX is a VX regardless of where it's made.

A vx is a VX no matter where it is made as long as it was made using OEM parts and under license. If Isuzu hired them these are VX's. However, the chinese have stolen alot of vehicle manufacturers design and concepts and put together look alikes with crappy parts and accesories.

I stated if it was under license these are VX but the chinese have made many fakes.
