My spedo is off by more than 10%, when I'm at 30mph on my spedo my gps says 35 and at 40, gps reads 46 and at 50 it's usually 56 or 57, it hovers around there.

According to the Discount Tire website tire calculator, your speedo differance should only be off by 3 MPH (meaning you're traveling 3 MPH faster than your speedo reading).Originally Posted by Exclamation

I used your OEM 245/70R16 versus new 265/75R16, which calculated the following:
Speedo reading 30 MPH = 32.48 Actual
Speedo reading 40 MPH = 42.91 Actual
Speedo reading 50 MPH = 53.64 Actual
