Well, my garage has become cold, work is all jacked up, and I can't focus on much... so... not a lot of progress, but there is some...

Since the steering column was removed we were able to remove some fasteners and rotate the dash downward. This allowed us to get to the wires from above and remove them from the firewall.

    Removed!

Spaghetti and meatballs! I removed the old wiring to replace it with the Sierra wiring.

The instrument cluster fits just as tight as everything else but it fits after a bit of trimming

The HVAC controls fit perfectly in the radio slot! (After a bit of trimming)

I started hacking up the shroud to get some idea of how I'm going to tie it all together. FUN FUN FUN!

My biggest concern with the interior wiring so far is the removal of the vacuum actuated HVAC parts for the electric servo driven ones. We'll see...

That camera does the strangest things sometimes. Don't worry, Menace is still the same deerhorsecatdog he has always been.

Wow dude, what a mess!!! I hate wiring. I don't know if I will ever be able to get the Falcon's wiring back together.

Yeah, there's no date set yet, but I will be there to move a small facility. I should have a full Sunday to hang out, wheel, drink, etc. Once I know the dates I will send you my itinerary.

I just found this stuff... EziBend_Tube

Anyone have an opinion on using this stuff? I need to add lines to my Rodeo axle and may end up redoing the front lines as well when I do the Hydroboost plumbing... I already have brake tubing benders but this stuff looks quick and easy to use!

Looks like it would be too easy to crease bending by hand.

Thats either one of the best innovations for brakeline ever or one of those things that's just too good to be true. Is there anywhere they have more info like what this miracle metal is that let's you bend it by hand yet still contains thousands of psi of brake line pressure?
