optima battery

old thread but i figured i would dig it up to give props to my optima battery.. i ended up going with a deep cycle blue top (D34M)... the other day i got home around 9-10pm, left both of my map lights on by accident... didnt drive til about 8pm the next day.. she started up like i had a new battery, not even a little hesitation

Yeah, I did like everyone else was doing and bought the Opitma Red. It went out just before the three year warrenty was up. The place I bought it at, Sears, said they were no longer carring the Optima. They replaced my battery free with a Sears DieHard Platmun. It has a 4 year warrenty. We will see if it live up the the hype. The Optima didn't.
