Engine hesitates creeping to a stop

Got a quick question for you on my little Vehi.
When I am rolling to a stop, I notice the TOD lights going from one light to 3 to 1 to 2, kind of sporadic. Also, the engine RPM's drop very low, but does not stall. This only happens when I am in traffic, creeping to a very very slow stop (almost rolling to a stop without gas) I'm wondering if its my transmission or TOD needing servicing. Any ideas?

Ok, another reason not to go to the dealer: Last time I was in, they changed the oil and replaced a brake light harness, then only filled the tires to 25psi, where the max pressure for my tires is 50 psi!
After correcting this today, the TOD lights remain stable, the engine doesn't jump between gears, runs smoothely. Back to normal! Never knew tire pressure would cause the TOD to be so out of whack, but thanks to another post on this board, I put the pieces of the puzzle together and decided to fix the tire pressure. Thanks Vehiboard! :-)

vehigator, i was having the exact same problem about a month ago....i put my winter shoes on and made sure that they were at the right psi, havent had the problem since...check your tire pressure...
