    I struggled with this quite a bit the first time I did it. Now that I know the technique, I can do it by myself, but I would suggest having a second person nearby. You'll save yourself from turning what could be a 5 minute job into several hours of bruised knuckles and smashed fingers (and many curse words ).

    The problem with this job is not that you need a lot of strength, or that the technique is that difficult, the problem is we only have 2 hands and it's so much easier with 3!
