Ahhh... But a road trip of this epic nature surely would require a driver's side mirror. Especially in the VX!.. The unfortunate irony.

And no they haven't found the perp. I was hopeful that he would be picked up that night wondering around. By now it has been pushed toward the "cold case" files. One good outcome. The next day I cleaned all the crap out of my garage and the vehicross fits for the first time in months.
