I'd definitely go with the forged series if there is a fitment available. As for tires... I am not all that familiar with Perellis. I just know they tend to be expensive because of the brand. All the tires I've bought in the past excluding a set of BFG ATs, all of them were Yokohamas and none of them have let me down.
