4x4 high, has anyone gotten this mod to work?

im not sure im understanding what this mod is even supposed to accomplish?

In short, you make the TOD lock up with out shifting the 4X4 lever into low...

Here's a couple of key words to search by.. "TOD switch", "TOD modification" and just plain 'ol "TOD" There's been alot of discussion on the subect along with switching the TOD off.. Good luck
