Remove the foam under the carpet if you haven't already, cut a bit off of the metal that hangs down off the seat or use longer seat mount bolts with spacers. You'll likely have the same issue on the passenger side as well although I was able to put an amp and a flip out screen brain on that side on top of the TOD computer. Good luck.
or you could mount it behind the rear panels by the back door....lots of room behind the jack kit
