actually its not a hoax to a degree. what hes doing is turning the water into hydrogen gas but the electricity required to do that takes more energy to convert it to hydrogen than hydrogen produces
even tho changing water into hydro isnt a hoax but it just doesnt seem possible to NOT burn a person but to be able to cut steel....
