Need A Side Mirror - Desperate

Sorry to half way hijack your thread but, I've been noticing the two stalk type mirrors on some Pontiac models (Grand Am I think) & am toying with the idea of looking for a pair in the local salvage yd.
Unfortunately, they don't fold, but how often do you use that feature.
The mounting is roughly the same shape, just larger...Hmmmmm

what happened to your old mirror? if its salvageable i might be interested in buying it from you... ive been toying with the idea of painting my mirrors kaiser, and a test mirror would be helpful... let me know

i think i can get you one off a 01 ebony......ill have to call an check. but i think it was the driverside that was gone, meaning the pass side was there, or in the seat......like i said, ill check first thing in the morn.
