I have one and parts are next to impossible to find. Company has not reponded to many attempts to contact but it has been a while. Their chassis are different than all others and their scale prevents simply moving the shell to another standard vehicle. The pull start mechanism is very easy to break but I was able to find a replacement that I could modify to work. Try contacting them first - they may have changed their system - and let us know what you find. Otherwise, the vehicles are very well built, VERY fast and light but of course none can withstand 3 hits to a curb @ 45MPH! Sorry Lisa....
