That's at Old Town on Hwy 192 just a bit south of I4. It's a largish touristy place with shops, eats and a bit of a carnival atmosphere having a few rides like bumper cars and some bungee launches. There's usually several area car clubs that cruise in on Friday night and park for display, then they have like a parade through the middle of the place.
