I bought the Usa-Spec (Brand) Ipod adaptor for my Trooper. It replaces the CD changer as the input to the radio, and gives you an extra AUX input as well. The iPod is then controlled with the CD changer buttons on the radio, so you can just store it in the glove box.

Get the Toyota adaptor. It works fine with the Isuzu deck.
