The second video brought back some fond memories of the Big Island!, especially driving on the beach in Waipio valley. The "road" down to the valley floor is really narrow (barely 1 3/4 lanes), STEEP (4WD ONLY) & has exactly zero guard rails.
If you look around in the valley you can find the wreckage of several cars that made the trip in the "fast lane"...30's or 40's vintage if I remember correctly (before reliable brakes).
Really enjoyed seeing these.

Thanks for the videos. I don't know what it is about youtube, but NONE of the videos ever finish downloading for me. I always get about 3/4 through downloading and it'll just stop.
