    I think a turbine-electric setup with drive motors at each corner would be the ultimate VX retrofit. Call me crazy.

    The Miura uses a transverse mounted engine. Look closely at the engine photo I posted and you can see the differential and where the half-shafts mount. Plus, it's a really BIG pig of an engine.

    I wouldn't call it a pig, by any means! It's less than 2x the displacement of our block and generates more than 3x the power output! Seems pretty efficient to me, if a bit hefty! In any case, more of a juggernaut than a porker!

    You don't need it in a VX, look at Lambo's upcomming SUV. Squint just a bit, an' you got your wish....on a larger scale I'm sure.
