O.K. Can anyone explain how this was done? At the time of the vehicle inclined there does not seem to be anything in the road, bump, ramp, etc. nor was there much of a curve.

In the video you can see him swerving left and right (coming away and closer to the camera) in the road to upset the balance of the vehicle. After the last swerve its ready to roll over to the right because the weight has transferred off the left.
Same reason Exploders were rolling. Tire goes, driver swerves... Really the best thing you can do in a tire failure situation is try and keep the wheel as steady forward as possible, to avoid weight transfer off the center.
