As long as you need a new rubber washer, might as well pick up a new oil cap for a few bucks.
This one is larger and very easy to grip and turn. No more knuckle busting.
Yes, it does have a rubber washer. I'm sorry I don't have a name or part number for it. Check with your local parts stores till you find one like this.
