alignment problem ?

Guys I have this funny sound that sound like when you have a loose wheel or a wheel thats not balanced and its worse as you slow down. I know it comes from the wheels because it reduces with speed and at about 60 miles the steering wheels shakes.
what could this be ?

Vibration is a classic problem with wheels that are out of balance. I would get them balanced and then determine if it fixes the problem.
