EDIT: Crap, just read the second half of your post!!! **** man, very sorry to hear about the damage to your VX and condo!!! Is it insured? Any idea if you'll get back your investment into the place? I'd be PISSED if I were in your shoes!!!!

PS - I won't have electricity for another 3 weeks. The transformer that powers my place is lying in my front yard, attached to the remainders of the light pole that held it up.
