Rock ShoX Judy XC's. Replaced stock bushings w/ Englund air cartridges
Mavic rims with Parallax hubs
Shimano Deore LX components
Aheadset bearing cases
Shimano STX RC Pro brakes
Panaracer Fire XC Pro tires
Primo platform pedals

It's not as slick as Morgan Tecs but it gets the job done for me
