Gas Miliage

Hi guys

I've been looking in to this car for quite a while and I love every thing about it. However there has been 1 question that hasn't yet been answered. Gas miliage. How many MPG are you guys getting???

I heard the epa estimates are 15-18? but thoes are usually way off.

Please post up to help me solve this dilema

my last tank I got 14.4 mpg, but I need to change me plugs out.

Also, use the search feature, there are TONS of threads on gas mileage.

yeah, it's pretty solid ~15 city ~19 highway. I changed the air filter and exhaust and saw an improvement on highway driving only to just over 21 mpg.. must be lil heavy footed between those traffic lites I guess...

My bought new '01 Dragon averages 15 city, 19 highway and the eBay IronMan averages 17 city, 20 highway.

My 2000 VX with 27K miles has averaged 18 MPG consistently. My daily commute to work involves about 5 miles of city and 7 miles of interstate driving one way.

Hi,
I have a really nice '98 red/black VX ex Japan and was initially concerned about consumption. On a recent trip crusing at 90km/hr, of 452Km, North of Auckland NZ I got 8.7Km/Litre or 11.38 Litres/100Km, not bad at all.
