You have a choice of taking it to a dealer - which will mean they take the changer out and ship it off to be repaired (and maybe not get you Cd's back) for $$$ or you can try to do it yourself.

And if all else fails...
Step 1- buy new aftermarket tuner/CD
Step 2- remove old CD player
Step 3- remove discs with liberal use of a BFH
Step 4- enjoy your new functioning strereo system!

I should have added the slap, bang and punch method which has worked for a number of us. I think one technique was hitting the left side of unit while turning ignition on and off laced with pressing the eject button.
