For those who saw the first post a little while back, I thought I'd share some new pics being submitted for a newspaper article being done on her story. She has been through four surgeries now. After the amputation, the site reopened and they had to remove more of the femur to close it up more securely. Now there is only a small opening to allow it to drain. Tuesday that should come out and that will be closed up too. Removal of stitches is tentatively scheduled for Friday.

If the article does go to print, there should be an outpouring of interest. Then you will have to choose who gets her. Thanks for keeping us updated on her progress. She is very cute.
