There was a custom muffler and catback system offered at one time called the Power Vault (and PV2 in its later incarnation), but I believe development has ceased.
You may want to try Morgan-Tec as he builds custom exhaust and systems for Isuzus.

The PowerVault is not the way to go if you are looking for something quiet!

If i were you i would go with an aftermarket muffler and then take you VX to a local exhaust shop and have them bend you up some new pipes. I also build custom mufflers if you are intrested, check out the link in my sig for pics, prices, and video/audio clips.
