My tires also arrived.
These tires are not directional. If they were and white letters were mounted outside then left tires would be running in one direction and right tire would be running in the other. You may need to picture this in your mind.
Since they are not directional you can mounted either white letters in or out. I'll mount the white letters in.

Ok so they are not real directional(what do you expect for $58?) I think they engineered the thread pattern for the "this side out thingy"..
