    Dress up kit question

    Hey there peeps-

I plan in the near future to add a eletric fan and I thought while I'm in there I'll flush the cooling and put this in.

It's 48" so I'll be able to cut to fit both hoses leading in and out of the radiator. Kit includes (1)*48" chromed stainless steel hose, (4) polished aluminum dress caps,*(4) 1-1/4" reducers, (4) 1-1/2" reducers, (4) 1-3/4" reducers, and (8) hose clamps

My question is, will this fit on our stuff? I'm not sure of the diameters, will the kits fitting work?

    Thanks- Jay

Alright, I odered the radiator kit and also this.....

Trans cooler with a fan, I saw a dude with the same set up(but he did'nt have a cooler built into ratiator like we do). I figure with the high heat here and stop and go city driving it can't hurt.
I also plan on swaping out the fan with a electic one, last summer(having the SC) sitting in traffic it would get a bit on the hot side and once I got going it would simmer down.
I like the idea of the electric fan running at full rpm at all times, which is much needed in triffic.
I'm running a Red Top battery so with all the volts I think it should be fine.

Any sugestions on fan kits? I would like the quitest/best one I can get my hands on.

    Thanks- Jay

Not yet, still waiting on the fan to come in. I scrapped the trans cooler, no room.

Been there, done that, don't work...I don't understand. It's not listing gallery links, then my gallery, then upload photos.

I can see my gallery, I have no option to upload photos and yes, of course I'm signed in......Logged out and signed in again.

    Lightbulb

    Jay,
When you click on "gallery" on the home page, There should be a "gallery links" icon near top of next page (between search & quick links) if thats not so, then I guess there is a prob. w/ some sort of computer/internet voodoo that I can't comprehend. Believe me when I say, that category (comp/intnt voodoo) is HUGE in my case. Hey, I come by the nearly Amish level of tech. savvy honestly...my mother still can't quite fathom how radio waves can keep up with her car @ highway speeds!
    Good luck, Ldub
