    Noooooooooo! (lol)

My worst night-terror come true! (j/k) Bought her at roughly 11k, and tried to stave off the 30k mark as long as I could... Looking forward to many more milestones...

I rolled over 60k earlier this month. Bought the car in July of 04 and have put nearly 15k on her since.

I like driving it to much to care about the miles

I bought mine about 2 yrs ago and still haven't broken the 29000 mark. but getting close. 28468 considering she only had 469 miles when I got her.

Dam DAWG, I thought my 99 had low miles at 37,000.....NOT FAIR , you live in the smallest state.

love to drive her too much...!

    Yeah, it was bitter sweet.

I just liked the fact that each morning until now I'd jump in to drive, looked down, and the odometer was under 30k. A good feeling, ya know?

Now I've got to scour the boards, my manual, etc., to see what's recommended for service.

You should be celebrating not worrying....
My '99 just turned over 54 and not feeling her age at all
Owned the IronMan for 14 months now and have put on just about 6k...would have been more I guess but I have the Rodeo and she just turned 100.

Eesh, I just flipped 28k miles. Exactly 3 years old. Should be lower since I only live about 7 miles from work and from home, I can walk a couple of blocks to get everything I need (especially beer.... LOTS of bars near my house ), but I love driving her too much.... so I drive EVERYWHERE!!!!

Should start thinking about a 30k maintenence here soon though. Get thw WHOLE works done.... and get that S/C put in while I am at it.

When my VX turns 200 I'll buy it the best gift possible....a brand new engine. BTW if you want to know your VX's assembly-line birthDAY just look under the center arm rest lid to find the final inspection date.

Just turned 60k a thousand miles ago. Got a new tranny under warranty at 58k (nothing wrong with old one, just a friendly move from a friendly dealer) and now still have 9k warranty on the new tranny. Nothing wrong otherwise, driving like a charm. Fixed window binding issue first thing I got her and no proplems since. Still excited to get in her.
From Unimog to VX - a serious change in velocity - a small sacrifice in voracity.
