    Rhino

If it was me, I would probably go with the graphics and wait on the exspensive paint job til later. Since my nickname has been Rhino since I was a little kid I might put a charging Rhino on the side and of course it would be in the color CHROME my favorite color. Yes a perfect reflective surface like the wheels so it would tie the whole car together and not look too out of place. Just a though, I included a picture of what it might look like, don't laugh too hard it took me all of 5 minutes to make it and you can tell, sorry. But maybe if you had someone really make a detailed Charging Rhino down the side of the car like that, with an abstract kind of dust cloud behind that might be cool, or it could be late and I need some sleep (I am afraid I might dream of running with the white Rhinos in Africa now)!

Sorry if you've posted this before and I didn't read the entire predicament, but why don't you just claim it as vandalism, get it painted, and (if you still want to) do graphics over nice, new paint? You could do a 7 or 8 year auto vinyl and customize it to whatever you wanted.

Unless you don't have comprehensive, you should be covered.

I'm sure you've already thought of this, though, and are looking at alternatives... correct?

I like your gf's idea and I have also been tempted by the vinyl advertising/rent VX space idea. A VX owner in Flordia had his on ebay 2 months back and got 1 bid in which someone will pay him $400 per month. In this area I have seen Gold's gym has 'wrapped several vehicles...if you go with them maybe you could also get free menbership.

There are many companies out there willing to pay to wrap your vehicle (any vehicle actually) and pay between $4-600 a month. There is a clearing house you register with and they match you with a manufacturer but you do not get to choose the product, so you could be advertising Viagra or Metamucil!

Plus, you can have no traffic tickets, be over 25yrs old, agree to a few years "service", and have a tracking unit installed to make sure you drive a minimum number of miles.

And people laughed at his auction.....since some people say the VX looks like a "CROSS" trainer shoe, I think I'll pitch Sketchers or Nike to make my monthly VX payments for me. ... (They way gas keeps goin up I may have no choice)....P.S...Hey Rhino, like your decal, if I were you I would pitch...www.rhinolinings.com. I may have them spray my cladding with their bed liner since it comes in any custom color and if it adheres well to plastic it may be what us VXers are looking for as a solution to our fading cladding problem.

acutally claiming insurance was really my first choice....but i ahve a 500 dollar deductible on my car for comp. which i dont really have free rite now, so im tryin to find a cheap way out of it....

wraping my vx in advertisements was my 2nd choice, but if wat tone says its true...i wont be able to do it. im not over 25.....ive had a ticket or two. So the only other choice is to do vinyl....but vinyl stickers makes the vx looks ricey, plus it could lead to mroe keyings when i drive it to school......

ill try to think up more ideas, i wont have the money till i come back from my auntie's wedding.
