    Well i would check the flatness of the head and the intake interface if you keep going through gaskets. Or hand cut some gaskets from a more traditional gasket material and double up on them for the correct
    thickness.

    I personally replaced my intake and gaskets new gaskets and a supercharger

    Me too, but they're still good for about a year. The extra pressure of the SC I'm sure contributes to their demise. I'm considering a dead soft annealed copper gasket.

    I know, the phenolic gasket was intended to keep the intake cooler, but the SC gets hotter than the head does, so it might be good to put it on with no gasket.
