I don't know where anyone else has gotten their Terra Grapplers, but thought I'd post up a linky... when I purchased mine, I had shopped around town, but nobody carried them or would/could even order them... not even the dealers that sold Nitto... go figure... anyway, seems Discount Tire Direct has the best prices... get'm... you won't be dissappointed!

I feel your joy! I just put the same tire and size on my VX a few weeks ago. I love 'em - it's like getting a brand new VehiCROSS.

I love that before&after composite shot! Who would have ever suspected that tires, an inch bigger, could beef up the entire vehicle like that? Your mistake/trick of photography is truly exaggerating the actual effect of getting Nittos. I love them and can't believe there are a couple of people where I work that still have stock tires after seeing my TerraGrapplers.
And for the 'stock design' people on this board, the Bridgestones weren't part of the design... they were a compromise based on many different criteria that most enthusiasts don't value as much as the marketing people do. I have some pictures of the Nittos on my site too if anyone wants to see more...

Canadian VXer!
how is the ride with the new shoes guys, does the weight affect much ?
Mine (P Zero Scorpion's 285/55/18) are a little stiffer than stock - which I like. I'm running 40 psi, so they might not be as harsh with lower air pressure. The sidewall says they are rated for 55psi. As far as weight, I haven't really noticed any difference in get-up-and-go, but they are much more sticky in the corners!Originally Posted by james1_10018
