misleading repair manual.

Don't know if any one has had the same problem but in the repair manual it says one thing and on the part is just the opposite instructions. Called three dlrs and was told by one that tech on vacation, second was real busy and would have to call back at a later time , third couldn't locate service rep. Does anyone have a phone # for Isuzu tech support.
