It looks like the bearing repack should cost between $100 - $150 LESS than what they quoted you... but hey, they are an Isuzu dealer, yes?

I'd say do it... for peace of mind. I'm not sure if you need to if you don't run it somewhat hard some of the time, but I know our Rodeo probably needs the passenger side repacked, and it never goes off-road.
