If its already in "your pictures" just click on the gallery link (on this site), once there find where it says "upload photos", once you done that click search and then click "your pictures" find the pic you want uploaded and click on it..then click open I believe...should then upload it to the site. Once thats done, go to the gallery, find the pick you just loaded and right click on it, then you get the picture properties as well as the "http://....." for the picture which is what you need to enter in the post to get your picture to come up.
