WhereDoes The Oil Go?

ok os i drainned the oil in the ol' VX when does the new oil go? Is it that black plastic cap coming from what I think is the manifold, it's a cap to the right of the dipstick. My cap is unmarked and is designed to be hand-tightend, is this where the oil goes?

I think you have the right cap. Is the black cap on the passenger side of the engine. Toward front of valve cover kind of by the dip stick.

he needs a walk through like "STEP BY STEP" on such things as...what the gas light is, what to do if it comes on, what to put where to fill tank...etc..........

thanks guys for the info i just wanted to double check, because i dont have an owners manual. spazz is that pic under your name you in your VX?

I was trying to figure the same thing out... asking myself, "where DOES the oil go?"... of course, this was AFTER I had the knocking sound in the motor with a spun rod bearing! But I guess thats a completely different context than what your asking...
