you have to use a allen wrench to remove the 2 bottom bolts that hold the intake/throttle body elbow on the back of the SC. Those 2 bolts hold on the bracket with the pulley's on the driver side facing side up. the cables route around the pulleys. Throttle cable goes on the back of the pulley closest to the SC. Cruise goes on the back pulley on the back side.

Good Luck. Have some patients also, the allens take some time to get out with unless you have a ratcheting wrench with a Allen stubby in it.
