They don't seem to be chrome like the originals. I'm not sure if they (Isuzu) offered a polished or painted version of our 18's. They are the exact same rim, just do not look chrome in the picture. Any thoughts from anyone else?

Yes, if they have the same bolt pattern, correct center bore and offset you like.
