Nitrous ?? for Tone (and others)

When you ran nitrous, what kit did you use? What shot? Do you think that if I run a 75 shot Zex kit I'll need to retard the timing or will it run fine as is?

125shot NOS kit for EFI Mustang and the computer takes care of the timing retard. Realize if you go this high, it will be really hard on the tranny and rear end. Definitely use synthetics everywhere and change them frequently. ZEX has some of the better kits out there now. 75 dry shot will be fine - any higher and I’d go with a wet kit. Disconnect the front end and you will light those rear tires up!

Are you running a SC with NOS on the VX?

SC and NOS...Yeah, it will make great power because the change of state will lower the charge air temp, but if it backfires even once you'll need a return address label on your hood.
