the 2nd pic is the front stock vx skidplate. Your VX should already have one of these.

The 1'st pic is hard to tell....I guess hold it up to your driver side frame back across exhaust to a crossmember...or see if it is a t-case skidplate..... ...hard to tell, as the skidplates look different from different years.
